      Our First Aid and Safeguarding courses are delivered at convenient local venues including Somerford Keynes Village Hall , Fentons Community Centre (South Cerney), Scrubditch Care Farm (North Cerney), and Berry Farm (South Cerney). We also offer on-site workplace training, scheduled to suit your business hours and staff availability.

      All regulated courses include comprehensive manuals and certification from First Aid Awards Ltd, an awarding body regulated by Ofqual.

      Your instructor, Gary. Gary is an RAF veteran and an outdoor training professional with over 39 years of leadership and training experience. Drawing on a wealth of real-world expertise, he delivers hands-on, realistic training that resonates deeply with participants.

      Background:

      • Led 22 global adventure training expeditions over 25 years - responsible for planning, first aid, and risk assessments.
      • TRiM (Traumatic Risk Management) Instructor for 9 years, supporting resilience and psychological wellbeing.
      • Served 10 years as a Diversity & Inclusion Advisor, championing inclusive practices.
      • Accredited British Nordic Walking Instructor (INWA) for 8 years
      • Certified Mountain Bike Trail Cycle Leader for 15 years.
      • Lead Facilitator Instructor for 3 years, specializing in engaging delivery techniques.
      • Led a team that designed and implemented the RAF's Award winning 'Everybody Everyday' training course to support 34000 personnel.
      • NUCO certified First Aid Instructor for 6 years - Level 3 Award in Education and Training.
