Why Choose Inspire First Training?
Realistic, Memorable Training
We go the extra mile to ensure you don't just learn — you experience. From understanding what cold, clammy skin actually feels like, what agonal breathing looks and sound like to practicing on advanced manikins that provide real-time feedback, our sessions are built to feel as close to the real thing as possible.
Inclusive, Life-Like Manikins
We use diverse Prestan manikins that represent both male and female casualties — because first aid doesn't happen in a one-size-fits-all world. We even create custom limbs with shoulders, arms, legs and feet to enhance your learning during primary and secondary surveys.
Feedback You Can Feel
Our manikins click and light up when you perform CPR at the correct depth and speed — giving you instant feedback and boosting your confidence.
Engaging Visual Learning
We reinforce your understanding through descriptive videos and realistic scenario acting. This blend of visual and practical learning makes it easier to retain knowledge when it matters most.
Small Group Sizes
Our courses are kept intentionally small (4-10 people) to allow for more 1-on-1 time, better engagement, and a safer, more focused learning environment
