Inspire First Training Limited is approved by the Awarding Organisation 'First Aid Awards Limited' https://www.firstaidawards.com/ to deliver First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications and training. If you attend a regulated course listed above with Inspire First Training Limited, you will be asked to complete a registration form. The information on this registration form is shared with the Awarding Organisation to allow them to award certificates to learners on our courses. We do not store credit card details as you will be invoiced to pay directly to our business account.

We may however have to share your data with third parties as described below. We require third parties to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with the law. What type of personal information is collected

Payment information. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you purchase on of our services. You will be invoiced to pay direct to our Business Bank Account. We do not take payment by email, on our website or over the phone.

Any information which you chose to provide us with in correspondence with you. This may be through the enquiry or booking form on our website, email or any other communication that you send us.

We do not collect cookies.

Data collected via the registration form on a First Aid, Safeguarding and Mental Health First Aid courses is shared with the Awarding Organisation, First Aid Awards Limited.

Inspire First Training Limited also collects special category (sensitive data). e.g. Gender. First Aid Awards Limited are required to monitor and regularly report on this information to their external qualification needs. (Ofqual, SQA Accreditation). The provision of this data by the learner is optional.

You do have choices about some of the personal information we collect. When you are asked to provide personal information, you may decline. If you do choose not to provide information that is necessary to enable us to carry out your requests, then we may not be able to fulfil that request. If this is the case, we will notify you at the time.
